DormAid Laundry Service provides professional laundry and dry cleaning services to students. DormAid will separate your clothes, launder and dry them according to your instructions, fold them, wrap them in plastic and return them to you in 48 hours. You can have your laundry picked up and delivered directly to you or drop off your laundry at one of our Passport Network providers at your convenience.
Each DormAid laundry bag holds between 20 and 25 pounds of laundry. Each laundry bag has a pocket with a Customer Care Card so you can give special laundering instructions to the cleaners. You will also receive a dry cleaning bag for all of your delicate and special care items.
Pick up and deliver your laundry to any laundry provider in the DormAid Passport Network at your convenience. Not only can you bring your laundry to your laundry provider, but also to any provider within our national DormAid Passport Network.
Have your laundry picked up and delivered to you at your dorm or apartment. With the DormAid personal laundry delivery service, you will also have access to our Passport Network and you cna drop off your laundry at one of DormAid's Passport Network providers if you are traveling or simply do not want to have delivery service that week.
DormAid's dry cleaning service is for special care items. All items are professionally dry cleaned and returned to you on hangers and wrapped in plastic. You can pre-purchase dry cleaning units at a discounted rate of 10% per unit and they roll over between semesters. Dry cleaning is available to all laundry customers and is charged as used if you do not pre-purchase dry cleaning units.
